Are you an effective communicator, and would like to use your talent to support the efforts of OAVT? We have a full time spot as the OAVT Communications & Member Services Coordinator that we are now accepting resumes for!
Responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with the OAVT Executive Director in our office in Guelph to compose all communications
- Distribution of communications through email to our membership
- Reviewing and proofing our quarterly national magazine
- Editing all written materials composed
- Maintaining content on the OAVT website
- Managing and expanding member services
- Assisting with professional advocacy opportunities
- Membership support -helping members with questions and concerns
A background in animal health and knowledge of the RVT profession is essential to this role. Being bilingual in both official languages will be considered as a major asset for this position.
