- Understand electrical schematics and analyze appliance circuits. No math needed. Diagnose circuits like a pro.
- Tear down and rebuild all brands of washers, dryers, refrigerators, icemakers, ranges, disposers and dishwashers. (If possible, bring your own hand tools.)
- Get comfortable with using a multi-meter for voltage and ohms testing and a clamp-on meter for current testing. You will be building your own circuits and testing them.
- Diagnose water, oven and dryer gas valves. You will be working with live demos.
- Diagnose and repair broken appliances. You will be replacing belts, valves, motors, thermal limits, timers and much more. Get dirty and pull a transmission.
- Search our library to find your exact factory service manual and tech sheet.
At completion you will:
1. Be ready to take on any service call.
2. Have learned to master the newest and best marketing techniques!
3. Able to get Your NasTec Appliance Repair Certification.
