GardenLife's Sneak Peeks
This week's radio show
Saturday, Mar. 20 from 8-9 AM
Our roving flower show reporter and garden author Jean Ann Van Krevelen will be scoping out the Iowa Horticulture Show for us with the latest news about plants, trends, garden gadgets and tools. And beginning today, we will be introducing a weekly segment with succelent expert, Bob Reidmuller from Oasis Nursery, who will tell us about the "Succulent of the Week". Be sure to call John, Sharon, Jean Ann or Bob with your gardening questions at 1-866-606-TALK (8255).
Sunday, Mar. 21 from 8-10 AM
If you want to get to the "root" of gardening, Dennis Turner will share some valuable hints about how to root cuttings. And for those of us who garden in small spaces or need vertical accents, Lance Walheim will suggest some vegetables to grow on trellises.
Stay tuned for the second hour and keep a pencil and paper handy because Nan Sterman, co-author of "Water-Wise Plants for the Southwest" will offer us a plant palate ideal for Mediterranean climates. Join John, Sharon, Bryan and our three guests on GardenLife at 1-866-606-8255 (TALK).
