Her latest cookbook "The Elements of Life: A Contemporary Guide to Thai Recipes and Traditions for Healthier Living" focuses on how to prepare delectable food in a healthy and traditional Thai way. She will share some of her secrets about harvesting and preparing ingredients for two of her special recipes.
