Usage
 
CEL is installed in the libraries of all universities, as well as in dozens of other institutions in Canada.  There are now over 10,000 titles in the Publishers Collection and 17,000 in the Public Documents Collections. Usage continues to climb as students discover this amazing resource: in the two most recent quarters, usage increased 42% over the corresponding quarters in the previous academic year.

Thank you to everyone who dropped by our booth at the OLA Super Conference and took a moment to guess the number of titles in the Canadian Electronic Library as of February 24, 2010.
 
The correct answer was 27,064. This number is growing with the addition of up to 500-700 titles per month.
 
The winner of the iPod Touch was Sergey Lobachev of Newmarket Public Library with his guess of 27,000 titles.
