Our 2012 Community Investment Campaign is just around the corner and we are working to have the largest community response ever in Salina!  

There are many ways to be a part of this year's Salina Area United Way Campaign. We want your relationship with the Salina Area United Way to be as fun, positive and stress free as possible. When you give to the United Way, your gift stays in your hometown. Whether you are a first-time contributor or someone who has supported the United Way for many years, a gift of time or money to Salina Area United Way directly benefits the community in which we work and live.  

Incentives are a proven method for encouraging volunteer participation, new donors and increased giving levels. Your feedback is essential in our mission to, "strengthen our community by improving lives through leadership, partnership and investment."

There's a new sculpture in town! Circle of Peace, by Gary Lee Price of Springville, Utah, depicts children playing outside the new Donna L. Vanier Children's Center on North Oakdale Avenue. The Center is also the new home of Child Advocacy & Parenting Services (CAPS) and Salina Child Care Association, both Community Partners of the Salina Area United Way.
