Strategize!

Convention is over. It was wonderful! Now we are home and we are filled with excitement. We are planning our new journey with our business. But where do we start?
Let's strategize together.

#1. Set your goal:

Next 6 Months

- Platinum Cruise

- Platinum Retreat

- Next Rank

- ETE

#2. Identity on your team who wants to move foward with you - call them. See who is "willing." If there is not any one, then you must add new distributors yourself to your team. Find some one who is as passionate as you are. You want people with a good "work ethic."

#3. Go through the calendar on MXI to find out where the Anti Aging events and Team Elite Events are being held: Ask yourself, who do I know in these areas? Contact them and invite them out to these events. Then find out who your team knows in these areas and invite them to attend. This is "time leverage".

#4. Make sure that everyone on your team is aware of the Anti Aging product special. Buy two of the new Anti Aging Packs,and get the variety pack for free until May 27, 2012. Make sure they know to take advantage of this "window of opportunity."

#5. Attend all events in your own area and be on all training calls. This is leadership. If there is not an event in your area "create your own event."

#6. Make a decision to remove "whiners" from your life. Don't be one, and don't tolerate them in your space. You need your energy to be clean and clear to soar to the top.

#7. Remember every week to set QV volume goals - break down into boxes needed, break that down into Business Builders and break down further in Team Elites. Do this every Tuesday morning after you can see the Auto ship.

Having a goal, seeing who is willing and who has a great work ethic, using time leverage, seeing the window of opportunity, attending events or creating your own, removing the whiners, counting boxes, Business builders and Team elites........

Now that's a Great Strategy!

For 30 years my background has been in accounting and for 25 years I have been a CPA specializing in US taxation. I am a divorced career woman with two beautiful young adult children. I've been solely supporting private education & maintaining financial stability for them and myself. This has been my life for the past 9 years. As I reflect over the past 36 months, what has become the CORE to the success of the journey, 3 simple words and they resonate within me in Xociety: Faith, Hope & Love.

FAITH specifically in measuring ones belief in the Product, Company, Network Marketing & Oneself. Having anything but a measurable 10 in each of these core points could be the limitation that keeps you from advancing, perhaps even starting your business. Understanding and having a strong faith in each of these at the level of 10 is key. (Thank you Judy Daniels for sharing this key point IGC 2010)

HOPE is WHY we stay in the game. It's our Dreams, it's our Tomorrow, it's not doubting, it's belief in making it happen.

If it's going to be, it's up to me...(Thank you Paula Pritchard). There are many days of uncertainty and with the support of your team, your upline and a strong why, your hope remains in tact.

LOVE...you've got to LOVE what you do. At the end of the day, if you don't, everyone else will know it, feel it and see it.

I LOVE my Xocai business...my Xocai family and Love My Life...it has meaning & it's has PURPOSE...and it's the most powerful of them all.
