The Holiday Season gives us the opportunity to spend time with family and friends to show our love and appreciation for those who are important to us. We wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or simply Happy Holidays.

While the Holidays bring to mind presents and parties and fun, it should also be a time of reflection. For those of us that celebrate this time as a spiritual time of year, it is a time of celebration and of appreciation for all that we have been given. And for all of us spiritual or not it should be time to look back on the past year and think about what went right and what could have gone better.

What went right for you in 2011, not just in business but also in your health, in your family, in your relationships and in all aspects of you life? What might you have done better? What can you do better in 2012? Give appreciation for those things that went well and begin to make plans for 2012 to work on those things that did not.

Success in life is dependent on paying attention. If we drift we usually end up in places we don't want to be. Take some time in this week, alone and with your partner and as a family and set intentions for life in 2012. Focus on what you want in your thoughts and actions and 2012 will be a great year for you.

After 3 short years, she and her husband Nick have built a large global business which has provided Kim the opportunity to stay at home with her children while building her Xocai business full time.
