We would like to ask you to join us in converting our remarkable industry from a job into a profession. There are a few things you can do to help us make this happen.
First, Let's all resolve to stop badmouthing each others' companies. We are all in this together and yet we seem to be the only profession in which, whenever there's a danger or a challenge, we circle our wagons and fire inward. Networkers often cooperate with regulators and journalists in an investigation of one of their competitors, and rejoice in their demise....Distributors sometimes act as if by denigrating others they somehow elevate themselves. But that isn't the result. So first and foremost, we ask you to please join us in adopting a simple philosophy: We refuse to bad-mouth our colleagues, other distributors, and other companies in the field of Multi-Level Marketing...
Once we understand that success stems from uplifting our own companies and products rather than destroying the reputations of our MLM competitors, that is when our industry will become the most lucrative in all of free enterprise...
Finally, just go out there and make us all proud to be in network marketing. We have the opportunity to make a difference in our world. And the beauty of network marketing is that it doesn't have to happen in grandiose ways; it occurs one by one by one as we touch the lives of other people. Because of the exponential growth of our industry, before we know it, we have transformed the spirits of hundreds of million of people.

In The Spotlight  I was introduced to Xocai as a possible aid to my iron induced anemia and ADD. As a sub-elite athlete and mom of two, the wear and tear of training and every day mom life was taking it's toll on my body and soul. I had also been praying for something new in my life although I was not sure what that may be. Weight Loss Corner 
I started the Xocai chocolate shake on February 1st at the weight of 238 lbs. I knew that I needed to do something about my weight. I have always been active outdoors but my energy level was at an all time low. I spoke with my good friend Tim about losing weight. He suggested a very simple diet, which was to drink one Xocai chocolate shake in the morning, salad for lunch, and whatever I wanted for dinner (within reason). I'm a steak guy so I just used common sense and what I call "put down the fork." "Put down the fork" is the moment I'm full, I simply put down the fork. I always try to make sure my evening meal contains at least one green vegetable. I reached 198 lbs on June 1st.
