Over the last few weeks, we have asked people to send in their questions pertaining to the business on our Mastermind calls. I asked for input on some of the challenges or just questions you want answers to in terms of building, from approaches, follow ups, 3 way calls etc. What we have noticed from all the emails we got in, is that, people are really complicating this and not keeping it simple. I have often said, everything you do has to be duplicatable. Use the tools. (CD's, DVD's VIP/MyXocai etc.).
Ask good questions and you will get the answer that will help take you to the next step. It's either no, or yes, I am interested. It is finding out what people are looking for in their life. What do they want. Help them find a way to buy the product and get it paid for. "Joanne, let me show you how you can get this wholesale, get it for free, and have an extra box delivered to your door every 3 months, and make part time income with full time effort here. People just like you are creating great profit centers here". Or, take advantage of writing off a good portion of their home, expenses, phone, computer, travel, this list goes on. We are always looking for tax write offs. Even people who make a good income (employed) don't have the same tax advantages. I tell them they are literally throwing thousands of dollars down the toilet! They may love what they do, but let them know they can design a wonderful life on the side with a passive, income that will pay them long after they have stopped working. Who wouldn't like that!
We are growing an international distribution network of people who eat chocolate, want to lose weight in a healthy way, (use some of the verbiage on the back of the Canadian box.) It`s extraordinary what this product can do! Let them know right off the bat, THIS IS NOT COMMERCIAL CHOCOLATE OR CANDY. This is something no one in the world has and people just like you are experiencing unprecedented results in terms of their health. Take the word SELL out of your vocabulary. That is not what we do. We tell the story of this amazing opportunity which just so happens to have the most potent antioxidant on the planet and a product that 9 out of 10 love and crave. It`s highly consumable, and has universal mass appeal. ONE BILLION PEOPLE EAT IT EVERY DAY! Learn to tell this great story.
They either see it or they don`t. How fast can you go through your bucket of Oysters to find the pearls. You don`t need to recruit an army. You just need to find the leaders that want this as badly as you do. You want to work your pot of GOLD, which is your memory jogger. Your leaders may be there, many levels down. Or they may be the one you sponsored.
You will never know if you don`t help the people you sponsor dig deep into that pot of Gold. Just ask them, who are the people on your list that: Have a great circle of influence, know allot of people. People who are positive, want more out of life, people who are credible, people who have had it and lost it all. People who truly want to change their life and are willing to do what it takes to make it happen. That is what you are looking for.
People don`t make it in this industry because they are spending time with too many people who will never do the work. They will never do what it takes to make it happen for themselves. Move on and find the pearls! Quickly!
Develop a sense of urgency. Get on the calls. All the information is there to help you. These approaches work, and that we use are there. From handling objections along with how to help them make a decision to moving on, is all there.
Ask yourself, what do I need to perfect or get good at. Is it my belief in this product, company, or belief in myself that it is possible for me. Successful people in life see it in their mind first and believe it will happen for them. It`s just a matter of time. For some of you it will happen quickly. Others it will take time. Skills need to be developed. But it will happen. Thousands of people sign a network marketing application every day and develop great businesses. They just don`t know about us yet!

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Approximately 1 ½ years ago when I first joined the fabulous world of Xocai, I can honestly say that I really did NOT understand the following two statements: Be Passionate and Feel it in your Belly.
To those of you who were diligent and faithful in sharing these words with me, and you know who you are, (my up-line sponsors), I say a huge Thank You! I could not have done it without you, Janet!
To my dear friend, Dennis Girard, who on so many occasions has given his time to help me understand the Bigger Picture, I say Thank You!
Just when I was beginning to enjoy my senior retirement years, a friend of mine, Sonja Meisner,
who is now my sponsor, contacted me about Xocai. After speaking with Sonja, I was not very enthusiastic about taking on a new endeavor. However, over the next three weeks, I was unable to let go of the feeling that this may be a great opportunity and I would be missing a wonderful challenge by not joining MXI Corp. Today, I am so thankful that I made that decision. I am now thoroughly enjoying the Journey and, as J.J. Birden shared at the Orlando Conference in January of 2010, NEVER, NEVER, QUIT!
I hope you realize J.J. what those words have meant to me - I still hear them ringing in my ears. The main reason for sharing my testimony today is to help to encourage each and every person reading this article that, "When the going gets tough, the tough NEEDS to keep going!:
I have personally sponsored several Executives and helped to introduce some of my dearest friends to our healthy product and, in turn, I am very thankful God is continuing to open doors for me and with His help, I will be instrumental in helping many more people enjoy better health. We have a product, second to none. My husband Lee's and my life has been changed forever. We look forward to staring each day with our Healthy Meal Replacement Shake. (If I were to tell you 6 months ago that Lee would even consider giving up his unhealthy breakfast for a shake, I would not have believed you.) We feel so much healthier and enjoy exciting weight loss, which we struggled with in the past. Being healthier has enhanced our ability to live a more vibrant and energetic life.
I am very happy to say that I now totally understand the phrase Be Passionate and Feeling it in your Belly! By taking part in the Training Calls (learning from the best) and reading many of the suggested books, I am continuing to gain the confidence I need to climb this Chocolate Mountain. We all know the necessity of having air every day to breathe.
Let's all help by sharing with the world, the importance of adding Water and our Wonderful Healthy Xocai products to everybody we meet! Great health enhances our ability to live vibrant and healthy lives.

You wouldn't let someone push you off course, but you might let someone nudge you off course and not even realize it. We need a variety of input and influence and voices. What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Don't join an easy crowd; you won't grow. Go where the expectations and the demands to perform are high. Some people you can afford to spend a few minutes with, but not a few hours. Get around people who have something of value to share with you. Their impact will continue to have a significant effect on your life long after they have departed.
