There is no scarcity of abundance. There is only a scarcity of abundant thinking. Build abundance in your mind and value in your work and the market place will pay you anything your worth! This is your business and your life. You need to look, act and think like you are already there!

The biggest challenge we see is that most people are not passionate enough about their business. It's not a priority to them. They are not on the training calls, so they miss very important information. They are not consistent. If you're not passionate, become passionate about your business!
Look at the successful leaders in MXI. What do they all have in common? They are enthusiastic, passionate, and love what they do! They are positive, respectful and they nurture and support their teams. They don't major in the minors. They have given themselves time to learn and are always teachable. We are still learning and growing!! What areas do you need to develop?

If your business is not growing as quickly as you would like, ask yourself, "am I growing personally", "am I on every training call on Monday nights", "am I willing to give myself time to learn". It is incredible to us that people will come into this business and try and do it themselves and not work with their up-line support team.
Then, they wonder why it's not working for them! LONE RANGERS will not make it here!
Are you a LONE RANGER? If you are not working with your up-line Gold or Diamonds, Presidentials and Ambassadors, you are REALLY missing it. BIG TIME! This is a team effort.

As the distributors who are advancing will tell you, miracles happen when you work with your up-line support team. Call your up-line team and tell them you are ready to move forward. We work with the people who are teachable. We work with the people who are willing to do what it takes to move forward and to help their people move forward.

Our attitude is, let's build this as big as we can and take as many people with us as possible. The bigger picture of where this company will be in the next 5 years is extremely exciting! We are going into our fourth year now! It has certainly changed our lives, and we are now helping to change the lives of others. What are your plans for the next 5 years?

Do what you have to do here. An opportunity like this one, comes into your life once in a lifetime!
Do what you have to do and you will be able to do whatever you want for the rest of your life!
One year, two years, three years or four years? For some of you, it will take longer than others. We all come into this at different skill levels, different attitudes, and different levels of commitments. The Chocolate Spotlight

Carolyn is from Halifax, Nova Scotia and is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology.
For over 11 years, Carolyn was a highly successful master esthetician in the spa industry. However, even though Carolyn was very successful, her vacation time and her income were determined by others.

After only 11 months with MXI, working on a very part-time basis, Carolyn was able to pay off her $10,000 car loan, afford a mortgage and leave her full time job.
Carolyn also lost 17 pounds and was sleeping better by consuming Xocai products. Her chocolate business has allowed Carolyn to find a new found freedom. This sense of freedom is not only changing her life but the lives she has shared this amazing opportunity with in the past two years.

MXI Corp is proud to announce the beginning of the 3rd generation Xocai™ products! The first product that has been reformulated is the X Power Squares™. Packaging is presently being produced and we anticipate that the first cases will be shipped around the middle of March 2010.

Recently a gentleman whose company promotes ORAC testing told us that the Xocai™ products are the "Cadillac" in the ORAC world. He stated that more people call him with questions about the Xocai™ products than any other products in the marketplace. This is a great compliment not only to our products, but also to our Distributors who are telling the Xocai™ story not only in the United States, but internationally!

We're sure most of you are familiar with the late Paul Harvey, the great news commentator. Paul was famous for telling a news story and then following up with "the rest of the story." We came to the US from the Dominican Republic as
Engineers looking for the American dream in the 90's. We met and got married and have three beautiful children, 9 year old twin girls (Laura and Isabel) and an 8 year old son (Jose). As successful Latinos in New York, we joined MXI this past
November looking to take our lives to the next level. Looking at how the economy is and how things can change for anyone, no matter what their current status is, we decided to take action to keep growing ourselves and achieve financial peace of mind.

We are currently enjoying these delicious decadent
chocolates and having so much fun sharing it with the people around us.
