As most of you know by now, Jim Rohn, our mentor, and mentor to hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world, passed away last Saturday. We remember sitting in the audience watching Jim Rohn for the very first time back in 1988 in Dallas Texas, and was completely captivated by him, his message, his humour, his delivery, his warmth and his remarkable wisdom.
He changed our lives from that moment on.

We started reading and listening to CD's and DVD's from people like Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Dennis Wakely, Anthony Robbins, John Maxwell, Napoleon Hill and so many others. We have a library rich in personal development books. Books on just about everything. Give these tapes and books to your kids.
As Jim Rohn said, "Your library will be the most valuable possession you leave behind when you leave this earth".
Learn more, Do more, Become more. Become a more interesting person. Inspire others. Get out and enjoy this life. Meet more people. Help more people.
Dream big and do what you have to do to make it happen.
It all starts with you. Grow you, then grow your people, and your people will grow your organization and enrich your life beyond anything you ever thought possible. We know, because it's happened to us. We have seen average people, become above average and above average people become unstoppable.

Dreams Do Come True!
We were a classic example of busy people, trading time for money and thinking our lifestyle too hectic to take anything else on. We are so grateful that we were introduced to MXI as our life has been totally enhanced on so many levels. The Power of Sharing
I'd love to share the following story about how I got started building my Xocai business in Nanaimo, B.C. around mid-September of this year and what I have learned from that experience that may benefit others.
After signing up as a Xocai distributor I put my plans to build my business on hold until after I completed my Master's degree. While I was working towards completing my degree part-time, I was also running my law practice. In the interim I mustered up some courage and told one person outside my circle of close friends about Xocai . During one of my visits with my esthetician, Michell, I shared some chocolate with her, told her why it was healthy and left her with some information. There was no follow up as I hadn't yet tapped into the training to know exactly what I should be doing differently. That was the only seed I planted before putting the business on the back burner.
Several months later out of the blue I received a call from a doctor of Chinese medicine, Janet, who had heard about the healthy chocolate from Michell. Janet asked me to contact a woman by the name of Toni, a Chartered Accountant, who had heard that I had some healthy chocolate and wanted me to demo the chocolate at an event she was hosting. I didn't hesitate and accepted the invitation deciding in that moment that it was time to finally launch my business.
The event was only one week away and I turned to my support team who were three provinces away for guidance. I absorbed all the information I possibly could in a very short period of time from the websites, the brochures and other printed material, CDs and DVD. I then took the plunge completely out of my comfort zone attending the event.
Today, I am a Silver Executive. Thanks to sharing the chocolate with one person, my chocolate business exploded! Toni, Michell and Janet are part of my Xocai team and Toni is a Silver Executive too!
The wisdom I gained from my experience is as follows:
You don't need to know everything about this business, just start building it. Take the plunge... Just start planting seeds and water them with patience as you never know what fruits your efforts will bear. As long as you spread your seeds, you will learn as you sow and you will begin to smell the sweet fragrance of success. Take advantage of the support that is available to you and start planting your seeds...
