The 2012 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan and amendments are open for public comment through 4:30 p.m. on November 22, 2011.

The Iowa Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on November 22, 2011, to receive public comments on the 2012 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan and amendments.The public hearing will be held from 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the Iowa Finance Authority located at 2015 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.

2012 Mandatory Housing Tax Credit Meetings |
The Iowa Finance Authority is hosting four housing tax credit developer meetings in December. Attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory for developers planning to submit an application for 2012 Housing Tax Credits. Please note that each session is limited to 25 attendees.
