Roger Caudron of Sioux City recently resigned from the Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors. The Iowa Finance Authority staff and Board thank him for his years of service and dedication to advancing affordable housing and community development for Iowans. Darlys Baum of Burlington has been named Chair of the Board.

The Iowa Finance Authority welcomes Geri Huser as the Director of the Title Guaranty Division.

Prior to joining the Iowa Finance Authority earlier this month, Geri practiced law at Skinner Law Office and was an Iowa State Representative from 1997 to 2010.
