The Iowa Finance Authority staff and Board recently welcomed four new IFA Board members: David Greenspon, Clive; Michel Nelson, Carroll; Eric Peterson, Radcliffe; and Mayor Ruth Randelman, Carlisle.

Eric Peterson is a graduate of Iowa State University and is the General Manager of Summit Farms, LLC in Alden, Iowa. Peterson serves as the Chair of the Iowa State University Alumni Association's Young Alumni Council and the Alpha Gamma Rho Eta Chapter Alumni Board.

Mayor Ruth Randleman has been a member of the Carlisle City Council since 2000. Mayor Randelman serves on the Board of Directors for the Warren County Economic Development Corporation and is the President of the Iowa League of Cities.

David Greenspon is the President of Competitive Edge Specialty Manufacturing Company and owns and operates Greenspon Property Management Inc. Greenspon is also a partner and investor in a several Des Moines area businesses, and is involved in various non-profit organizations.

Michel Nelson is the Senior Vice President at Iowa Savings Bank in Carroll. Nelson has served as the Chair and council member of the Probate, Property and Trust Section of the Iowa State Bar Association and is the current President of the Carroll Foundation.
