I have held several positions in my eleven years at IFA. Prior to my current position in the Water Quality Division, I worked in the Section 8 Division.

I have been married to my husband Zak for almost 10 years. We have a five month old daughter, Skylar and a coonhound named Hunter. We also have a Little Brother Austin from the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program.    

The IFA Board of Directors recently approved grants to four organizations totaling $200,000 to advance affordable housing projects through the State Housing Trust Fund's Project-Based program. Read more.

Metro Lofts, Des Moines

IFA awarded Sherman Associates housing tax credits in 2009 for the construction of Metro Lofts in Des Moines. The project recently held its grand opening and offers 100 affordable units.
