 Governor Branstad recently appointed Dave Jamison as the Iowa Finance Authority's Executive Director. Mr. Jamison served as the Story County Treasurer since 1995. The IFA Board and staff welcome Mr. Jamison.

The IFA Housing Tax Credit program team is hosting a series of mandatory developer meetings for developers submitting a 2011 Housing Tax Credit application.
There will be a webinar for IFA Single-Family Participating Lenders on February 8 from 8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Linda Rhodes with USDA will present an overview of RD 502 Guaranteed Mortgage Program and give a demonstration of the Government Underwriting System including recent changes.
