On May 5, ExlService Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:EXLS), a leading provider of outsourcing and transformation services announced the acquisition of PDMA, Inc., maker of LifePROŽ insurance policy administration system used by approximately 40 life, annuity, and health insurers globally. Cover-All Technologies Expands into Business Intelligence Marketplace with Acquisition of Moore Stephens Business Solutions
On April 12, Cover-All Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:COVR.OB), announced that it has acquired New York-based Moore Stephens Business Solutions LLC (MSBS), a provider of business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to the insurance industry. Cover-All, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cover-All Systems, Inc., acquired all assets of MSBS (excluding working capital). The acquired business is expected to be immediately accretive to Cover-All's 2010 earnings with an operating margin comparable with Cover-All's historic operating margin. |
