Published Board of Directors Slate
Below is the proposed slate of the Melbourne Regional Chamber's Board of Directors for 2012. Although this slate has been approved by the current Board of Directors, Chamber bylaws provide that additional names of candidates for election to the Board of Directors may be nominated by petition bearing the bona fide signatures of at least twenty (20) voting Chamber members (only one signature/vote per company). Said petitions shall be filed with the President by 5 p.m. within ten (10) days after notice has been given (in this case by 5PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2011). The sufficiency of the petition shall be determined by the President, and said determination shall be final.
