Participants will have the option of climbing the flight of stairs at the Bellemeade Deck 13 times, which represents approximately 78 flights of stairs - the equivalent of the highest floor New York Fire Department firefighters reached on 9/11. In addition, 343 red balloons will be released in memory of the fallen firefighters.
