Dear Progressives,

Molly is going to be out for the next 10 days for her first vacation in 2 years. However, before she left we worked out our to-do list for the next month or so. It's been put it on my shoulders...

Upcoming Progressive Center Events:

Eli Davis and President Obama
Eli Davis' 80th Birthday Party!
Saturday, October 10th,  3:00pm to 5:00pm
Please join us at the Progressive Center space to celebrate Eli Davis' 80th birthday and all of his years of service as a community leader and activist. Eli Davis is a father, friend, veteran and educator, as well as an activist for decades. We will be celebrating with friends and family on this day to mark a milestone in Eli's life. He has been an example to all of us on what service leadership is and how we can truly make a difference in the lives of others. Our own activist queen, Claudia Fowler, has her birthday is the same day and we'll be reveling in her accomplishments, as well.
No gifts required, but cards are welcome!

You may identify or initiate other ways you can lend a hand.
