The FQBA holiday banners have arrived!
The plan was to hang them on street lamps that the VCC approved of. Unfortunately, the height requirement of 14' 6" from street level has presented a challenge.
I hope that FQBA members will agree to help display these banners. If you have a balcony or pole at your place business tall enough to accommodate the height requirement, please let me know if you are interested. The banners are 36inches long and 18 inches wide.
Our desire is to have one banner per block on Bourbon, Chartres and Royal streets on blocks 100-800 and then 6 banners on streets perpendicular with the river.
We have brackets that are specific to this kind of banner or zip ties are also fine. Below are three photos displaying the banners. We need to get these up next week a few business have already offered to display them. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks! Shelly
