List of Participating Garden Centers
Buy 1 to 5 trees - receive $10 back per tree
Buy 6-10 trees - receive $15 back per tree
Buy 11 trees or more - receive $20 back per tree
Fill out the entire rebate form and send it along with the original store receipt and tree tags. (Make sure it reaches us by the end of June, 2011.) We will then send you a rebate check*! It's that easy!
