(2) Montana Youth Transitions Project (MYTransitions) Web Site
This web site represents a collaborative effort by many of Montana's transition partners. Visit the site to learn about transition-related resources in Montana, and across the country.
The Parent Education Advocacy and Training Center offers a Webinar series entitled "Next Steps: Transition for Students with Disabilities." The six 30-minute sessions are free. Registration is required. For more information or to register, click here.
(4) College for Youth with ID Web Site
For information and resources related to youth with intellectual disabilities attending college, visit the ThinkCollege.net web site.
