(2) Montana Youth Transitions Project (MYTransitions) Web Site
This web site represents a collaborative effort by many of Montana's transition partners. Visit the site to learn about transition-related resources in Montana, and across the country.
The Parent Education Advocacy and Training Center offers a Webinar series entitled "Next Steps: Transition for Students with Disabilities." The six 30-minute sessions are free. Registration is required. For more information or to register, click here.
