Introducing the Strengthening Transition Partnership Directory
The US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), and the US Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), with the support of partners across Federal agencies, recently sponsored a national meeting, Strengthening Transition Partnerships. Approximately 60 grantees from various Federal agencies, whose work focuses on technical assistance and youth transition, attended the meeting. Although this directory represents only some of the Federal investments in youth transition, the wide array of Federal agencies and their designated projects, demonstrate the comprehensiveness required for effective transition service delivery.
Readers are encouraged to use this directory to develop relationships with project personnel from across Federal agencies. For questions or additions to the Directory, please contact:
