House of Speed, Denny Spruce Training This camp is for athletes who want to improve their Speed, Agility, and Explosiveness for any sport. The camp focus is on running form, explosive movements, footwork, flexibility, strength, balance, eye/hand/body coordination, and injury prevention. The athletes will also learn about the essential Character traits that will help make them successful in sports and in life. Each athlete will receive a running form analysis using our Dartfish Video Analysis System and they will be broken out into at least 3 age groups (8-10, 11-13, 14-18) for each session.
