Handout Schedule:
 
Flag, JMM, & MM......8:00am - 9:30am
JPW B & S..............9:15am - 10:45am
PW B & S...............10:15am - 11:45am
JM B & S, Midget......11:30am - 1:00pm
Be sure to have the following items (if you have not already provided them):
    1.   Registration PAID IN FULL
    2.   Completed, Signed Contract - Will pass out if still need.
    3.   Copy of Birth Certificate
    4.   Original Birth Certificate (to show)
    5.   Utility Bill - or other address verification
    6.   Small Photo of player
    7.   3 copies of final report card.
    8.   LETTER FUNDERAISER!! - in manila envelope with team and individual name.

Important tid-bits to note:
$25 Late fee for late equipment handout (after July 10th).

Parking:Fairview Park off Placentia Ave OR Estancia High School.

No equipment will be handed out without full payment of registration.
