The News at Ecstatic Dance
1. New Volunteer Policy effective Sunday August 1st: Volunteer opportunities are available at the door on a first-come first-served basis. Doors open on Sundays at 9:00am, and Wednesdays at 6:00pm. There are 3 opening shifts and 3 closing shifts available each dance. Show up and Volunteer in exchange for free dance that day. Thank you for your continued support!
2. Mark your calendars for our first All Women's Divine Feminine Ecstatic Dance on Tuesday Aug. 24th. Sasha Rose plays music at the Humanist Hall for a more intimate setting. Only 100 tickets available. Wearable Adornment making at 5:30pm, Dance at 6:30pm. Doors close at 7:00pm sharp! to set the container. Purchasing tickets in advance either online, or at the door at Sweet's, is suggested.

3. Yoga in August is taught by Shy Sayar (Upeksha Yoga): Sunday Mornings, 9:30 - 10:30am. David Schlussel is teaching August 1st.

4. Wednesday Night class in July is Blues Dancing taught by Mihai Banulescu, 7 - 8pm.
Learn blues dancing techniques to encourage dancing with others at Ecstatic Dance.

Advanced Contact Improv Lab & Jam
now open in the Balcony as well, 7 - 8pm.
Both free with Dance.
5. Our Dance Mats are covering areas of the Sweet's Ballroom floor that are being repaired, after some unfortunate liquid damage during a different event. Thank you for your patience, we are working with Sweet's to ensure the floor is repaired to its' historic quality.
