1. Christmas Night - Friday December 25th - Special Potluck and Ecstatic Dance by Donation
Bring food and drink to share (until Midnight in the mezzanine) Food Blessing is at 10pm. Ecstatic Dance is 7pm - 10pm, spun by our own mr.Blank. Play on Christmas with your Bay Area Family!
2. San Francisco Ecstatic Dance at Yoga Tree Castro is no longer happening. Thank you for your support in our first venture into San Francisco. We continue to envision other inspirational environments to explore the Dance together.
3. Yum Session (with Live musicians) is back for Ecstatic Dance on Sunday, December 27th. If you like Ecstatic Dance, and you like Live Music, you'll Love this Journey!

Inspired by the teachings in Soul
Motion, 5 Rhythms, Contact Improvisation and experienced by thousands of
participants during west coast regional tours, these movement sessions use LIVE
music as the bridge between deep trusting and spontaneous connection. Explore
soulful body awareness through breath, through beat, through dance, through
movement..! Continuous, improvised musical elements blend East, West and World
grooves with ambient sound landscapes, moving you through an energetic wave into
a blissful stillness at journey's end.
