1. Big Thanks to all who helped the Grand Opening of Marin! It was a gorgeous and goulish gathering, and the pool celebration was a piece of other worldly magic. Thank You!
2. Ecstatic Dance Marin happens again November 20th (with Pool Celebration!).
This month's theme: A "Relative" Dress-up!
Come dressed as your favorite (or not so favorite: family member) for some down home humor n' healing before Thanksgiving.
Tickets will be
available online in advance, and during East Bay dances at Sweet's Ballroom. The opening Sold
out, and word is spreading of the magnificent pool party:

3. Ecstatic Dance San Francisco also happens once a month on Fridays (including this Friday!)

and is now a community class ($11).
AcroYoga is offered beforehand at 8pm by Jeremy, Donna, & Tyler. Ecstatic Dance
will be DJ'd by our own mr.Blank...

4. Ecstatic Dance East Bay has it's own Sound System! After 16 months of renting sound, we have decided to upgrade, and purchase our own speakers, which are very clear sounding, high quality "QSC" Speakers. We hope you enjoy the new sound at Sweet's Ballroom... (womp womp)

Inspired
by the teachings in Soul Motion, 5 Rhythms, Contact Improvisation and
experienced by thousands of participants during west coast regional
tours, these movement sessions use LIVE music as the bridge between
deep trusting and spontaneous connection. Explore soulful body
awareness through breath, through beat, through dance, through
movement..! Continuous, improvised musical elements blend East, West
and World grooves with ambient sound landscapes, moving you through an
energetic wave into a blissful stillness at journey's end.
