CONFIRMATION!!!!

HALLELUJAH!  Signs & Wonders!

Isn't it wonderful when God confirms we are tracking right on time with Him?  We are in the midst of a series of miracles ushering us into the next season of  HERO Makers' ministry.

For those of you who missed the last newsletter, we felt God's call to sell our home and possessions and move into the field full-time.  Whether we need to be at the border during project season, or in the States or Canada recruiting teams or training leaders, we felt that moving into a fifth wheel travel trailer is the answer to the ministry's current requirements for flexibility and mobility.

MOVING RIGHT ALONG...

In a depressed real estate environment, God worked a MIRACLE and sold our home before it ever officially hit the market!  A couple knocked on our door and few days later we had to list it just to be able to give them the paperwork they needed to write an offer.  Just two days later on July 5th we signed the sales contract and moved out August 5th!   Whew!

How do you dispose of 20+ years of accumulations in only 30 days?  We were able to sell or donate most everything, but the last few days we just ran out of time.  We put the last of our stuff in a small storage unit just to be able to get out of the house, but we want it cleared out before we leave the Dallas area.

At present we are living with friends as we look for what will be our mobile ministry base and rolling home.

Please thank God with us as He works the next set of miracles locating and providing for the right tow vehicle and fifth wheel.

A message about a need from your friend Chris

Hello HERO Makers,

As you now know, Rocky has become homeless (for the time being) and is wandering  the streets, the highways and the byways of the different cities he is called to, looking for a place to plug in his older "topless" (I'd send pictures but your email filter would not allow them through) laptop to assist him while in the field. He will be using a laptop more as the space available in the travel home is limited and it makes better sense to be "mobile" with their upcoming plans.  His computer of 7 years just won't make it.

I think this is a great opportunity for us to take care of one of Rocky's needs and will benefit us too on upcoming Hero Holidays and trips (you try singing with those guys from Kansas with no words on the screen). I will be the contact for this so let me know what you would like to contribute to this so we can purchase a new one.

I'll let everyone know how we are doing and what we get him.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you soon!
