An early warning database is maintained to organize basic information about conditions that suggest a property is likely to become vacant.
Neighborhoods are the cornerstone of the community and the Village's pro-active property maintenance program has worked well to stabilize problem properties and promote healthy, vibrant neighborhoods.
To be most effective, the Village needs the help of all residents. If you see property in decline or have property maintenance questions, please contact the Code Enforcement Division at (708) 206-3857.
