Physical Healing
Its been one week since the operation on my bulging disc. My surgeon was very happy with the results. On Monday I begin physical therapy. I can't thank everyone enough for the hundreds of well wishes that continue to come in.

Emotional Healing
Just before my surgery I learned that my Mom had passed. She had been weakened and in assisted living. With my spine being so severely compromised the surgery could not be postponed. I want to thank everyone for their condolences and prayers at this difficult time.
