The cold temperatures of winter and some snowfall has arrived here at the Business Office in the New York area. All of us here at Pectus Services and our afiliates around the country hope that your winter is a safe one.
Billing & Collections
On a business note as of February 1st 2012 Pectus Services will outsource our billing to a private company. If you have an open balance PLEASE call the office and settle your account prior to February 1st. Payment plans are welcome. Late fees and collections may be enforced by the new company.
UK Visit
We are happy to report that the T-Joe Brace was introduced for the first time in Oxford. Much to the delight of several kids who were braced and the Lead Consultant. We will look to teach more Orthotists and Physiotherapists throughout England so more patients can be treated.!
Downtime for T-Joe / Pectus Services
An old injury from ice hockey has finally caught up with Joe who has been living with severe hip pain for several years. In Mid-March he will undergo a hip replacement and will be taking a projectued 3 months off to recover and return on July 1. However Skype sessions will resume on April 1 and Central Fabrication Services will begin shipping any orders received May 1st. We hope these dates may be sooner with a speedy recovery!
We are asking any New patients who want to start bracing and Followy-Up appointments to come in before March 15th, even if it is a little sooner than your scheduled time.
The next appointments may not be until Joe has fully recovered from surgery - July 1 2012
