Come back over two weekends and bring friends along to visit all of the buildings: Grannie's Christmas Cottage and Sugar Plum Café (Redfield Estate), Holiday House (Kennicott House), and the Gingerbread House (Interpretive Center) for home-baked goodies. Disco lights, rockin' music and a live DJ take center ice for our fantastic Friday Night Meltdowns at the "Coolest Place in Town." This Friday, kids 12 & under wearing a costume get a special prize!

The Glenview Senior Center is pleased to welcome back book dramatist Barbara Rinella, who returns to delight audiences with a "book review" done in her famous theatrical style. Refresments will be served at 10 am.
Dairy Detectives program - Friday, November 6, 3:45-5 pm

Visit the milking parlor at Wagner Farm to see how milk is taken from the cow to your dinner table. Learn how people have used dairy products throughout time and even make your own ice cream to enjoy. Recommended for ages 6 to adult. Register online or at Park Center. $10 (R)/$12.50 (NR). Performance is measured by distance covered in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score. We'll have amazing giveaways for all participants including a quick drying t-shirt and coupons to local vendors, a post-race expo with our sponsors and a chance to win a 12-week summer training program! Session II Lesson Registration for Current Class Participants
Session II Registration begins Monday, November 2 through November 16 for current class participants only. Secure your position in the same class by completing a registration form and returning it to the GTC front desk. Members and participants enrolled in Little/Big Hitters may also use the Glenview Park District's online registration system. Online registration is not available for anyone registered in 2 or more classes or des not meet the age requirement for their class. For more information call the Glenview Tennis Club. 
 
Mark Your Calendar: Open registration for Session II tennis lessons takes place Saturday, November 28. GTC members may register beginning at 9 am, non-members at 10 am. Session II lessons start the week of Nov. 30.

 Glenbrook South and North High School students will work together to stack 60,000 cans of food and get into the Guinness Book of World Records. All cans of food will be donated to Northfield Food Pantry. Food including caramel apples, cotton candy, hot dogs, hamburgers, soft drinks. No charge for admission, tickets for food and special activities. Donations are welcome.
