Sacred Meal ::
Miracles?
Sunday, August 16, 6pm
Community Conversation
& Communion
Our community conversation/ exploration this week is about "miracles"--what is a miracle? Do they still happen? Where is God--"outside" the natural world or in it--and how does God's "power" enter into human experience?
Dinner this week:
We're still enjoying our new BBQ grill! Scott purchased it, but we need to keep taking up a special offering until we're able to reimburse him. Bring a few extra dollars to chip in.
If it rains, we'll probably still grill but eat inside...but if it's sunny, garden, here we come.
It's a potluck, as always!
