Airporter Survey Results:
The Airporter survey has been extremely informative and we are delighted with the answers - these can be viewed at the following link:
We specifically asked several open type questions to gain feedback on our service and to seek input on how you would like to see service improvements. From the responses we received on these questions we identified 5 key areas:
1. Saturday night services from the airports:
Your requests to have later services from both airports on a Saturday night have been answered in our new winter timetable which can be viewed at the following link. We now have a 2015 departure from Belfast City Airport and a 2100hrs departure from Belfast International Airport.
2. Reduced fares for frequent travellers:
There were many responses looking for frequent travellers to avail of discount packages and only 10% of respondents had any knowledge of our Multi-pass ticket! The Multipass essentially lets frequent customers travel from as little as £10 per trip.
3. Online reservation system:
Your requests to have the ability to book online and to make our ticketing process at the airport more streamlined has led us to source developers for an online reservation and ticketing solution. We will keep you all informed of developments.
4. Dungiven fares:
Airporter fares from Dungiven will be reduced to reflect the geographical distance from Derry and these fares will be available early in the new year in the Sping Timetable.
5. Letterkenny Connection:
We are currently in the process of developing a "Demand Response" connection to and from Letterkenny. At present we are talking with the Ramada Hotel in Letterkenny as a pick up and drop off point for this service and we will keep you all informed of developments.
