Dear Wine Enthusiast:

February is a month of red wine and dark chocolate -- both of which consistently are found to be heart healthy!  Yes, you can enjoy both (in moderation, of course!) and still be caring for long-term health.  The featured article this month is about the benefits of Resveratol, a component found in red wine.  Help your heart feel happy -- treat yourself to the "healthy" habit of a glass of red wine a day....with a little nibble of dark chocolate to round it out!  And check out the yummy wines at Abacela Vineyards.  Some are in short supply so give me a call, and I'll make the recommendation to suit your palate.
