| Clubhouse Circle Founding Members are Building a NEW Community of Support
|

In 2010 we launched the first giving circle for Gilda's Club Twin Cities, the Clubhouse Circle.
As I reflected on the generous support of our founding Clubhouse Circle members, I Googled "giving circles" and was inspired by their power and purpose: passionate individuals joining together to make life better in their communities. That is exactly what our Clubhouse Circle members are doing in this community; they are joining together to make life better for everyone impacted by cancer.
I gratefully thank all of our generous supporters and welcome our inaugural members of the Gilda's Club Twin Cities Clubhouse Circle

| Volunteer Appreciation
On January 26th the Gilda's Club Twin Cities volunteers were celebrated
for their enthusiastic commitment, generosity and shared vision to open a clubhouse in the Twin Cities. It was a fantastic party thanks to event coordinators and planners Carrie Puterbaugh, Laurie Walker, Michelle Silverman and Glenda Hawkins.
Volunteers are usually on the working, giving and serving end of an event, and this night they were the stars. After a great dinner and social hour, Carrie and Laurie were front and center with a very exciting program.

| "In Her Own Words" Beth Killion
Like everyone associated with Gilda's Club, I come to my affiliation with a story. And again, like so many, it is unfortunately a story of loss, but a story nonetheless that reminds me of how special Gilda's Clubs are in the lives of those living with cancer.

Scott Mitchell

Scott was an outstanding competitive wrestler in college and ran marathons at a blistering pace. He was the picture of health and vitality. READ MORE>

For me, my college was one of those places. When I walked into the student center at Augsburg, I always felt at home, connected to other people and supported in my work. READ MORE>
