On the Road Again...
Later this month, Dr. Vessely is headed to Lusaka, Zambia on a cleft lip and palate medical mission trip. She is joining Dr. Joe Clawson, a seasoned veteran of cleft surgery mission trips. Dr. Vessely plans to blog on this trip with photos and descriptions of their experiences. We'll send a link to blog in the next enewsletter.
The surgeons donate their time and air travel expenses, but the medical supplies and instruments and other logistical expenses add up. We can fund a cleft lip repair for as little as $250.
