With the New Year comes a time of renewal for each of us. Renewal: to make something new, or as if new again. 

 

I find that each New Year presents an opportunity for me to both assess my past year, and to plan for the next. 2008 brought opportunity for me to serve on a medical mission trip, introduce the Fraxel Re:pair laser, and celebrate 20 years as a physician. Personally I had lots of family time, expanded into new friendships and cherished long-term relationships. Undoubtedly, 2009 will be interesting, if only from a novel American political change and a tough economic recovery. Yet in challenging times we often make the best decisions and the best improvements in our lives. I will strive for renewal in my personal and professional life--focusing on faith, family, patients and staff. Trying to keep what is most important front and center.

 

In this newsletter I hope to suggest some opportunities for you to Renew your skin, your beauty and your skin care regimen. Make a New Year's Resolution to take better care of you! While I can't help you stop smoking or get you to the gym,  I can definitely help you achieve a better skin care regimen and a more youthful and natural appearance.
