Just as we plan our gardens and our home maintenance on an annual basis, it is a good idea to plan for annual skin maintenance. Okay, so by now you have heard me say to wear sun screen on a daily basis, put on the hat and sunglasses and avoid the mid day sun. Well, what else is there to do to prevent skin cancer?
