     France was inspirational. The purity of the countryside clears the nervous system and purifies the body. The first part of the trip we learned to apply Sound and Color to specific organs, and bodily systems with Master Teacher Caroline Corey of the Omnium foundation. It's all in the focusing of our attention and harnessing the intention to shift the frequencies of even the tiny cells within the organs. It's the quantum field of sound healing and we are there. All the tools and machines are all training wheels to deliver us ultimately to this destination. We can each check into our own health systems and actually have a conversation with the various systems and fields that make up our physical body. Then we choose the correct "re-balancing" visualization and put the process into motion with our focus and concentration. You know how they bend spoons?  And psychics can read the records? By focusing, and asking. It's all about asking and intending.
    
    We are are learning to access the miracle zone and move around the particles of creation with the right mastery of our thinking and concentration. I suggest you start small, with something you already do and just make an intention to improve. Rudolf Steiner teaches us to slow down and make each movement intentional and break out of our habitual sensory patterns so we can indeed become aware and creative masters in each moment. Stop, slow down, breathe and allow that space to expand. Make an intention. And then do it, fully with all systems supporting that very action. You will experience a new depth of authenticity and alignment that will affect the core of your being. Now do the next activity with that same devotion and awareness. And the next. And then, slowly but surely you will see how easy it is to be in charge of all the particles of your being on all levels. Ask your body to shift towards healing.

     And what about the discoveries I made about the Divine Feminine and the Mary Magdalene Mysteries?  Come hear the stories and see the slides on Sunday June 21 on the Equinox at 7pm. Followed by an Equinox Sound Healing Ceremony and Blessing.  Bruce, Loes and I had quite an adventure in the Perillos caves mid trip, and then the last leg of the trip I met up with Anni Williams and her tour and stayed at Renne Le Chateau....the home of Mary Magdalene's teaching in France.  I wandered the hills with my harp and fell into the mystery deeply. I recorded with Nicki at the Mary Magdalene tower. I met with Henry Lincoln, author of Holy Blood, Holy Grail, and had a personal question and answer session with him. I believe we will soon unravel this mystery and the truth will burst forth.
