     April...and its nice to get outside in this Fairfax sunshine and plant the little seedlings. During May, I may miss the roses as I am off to France to visit the Mary Magdalene trail with Ani Williams after a refresher course with Carolyn Corey. So, Song and Spirit will be quiet in May. In June, I may begin to look for another place to house this beautiful center, a live- workspace arrangment. We'll see. 
     But this month...we have toning at the Golden Gate Bridge on Sat. April 4 at 10am, we have an Open House on April 10 in the evening this time, and the first "Let Passion Heal You Workshop" on Sept. 18 and 19. We've discovered something quite profound here during our Sound Sessions. We have set off more than one kundalini experience with sound and are finding people are being propelled into a natural bliss state with the singing and natural instruments.  Those blocked chakras just get spinning and the results is like a sonic viagra. The testimonials are amazing. So I decided to teach the method, this unlocking of the bodily divine  passion with the voice. Many people don't know how to exactly remove the bodily blockages, so we will demonstrate unwinding and deep healing with our guest panelists, healers Nancy Malloy and Richard Allen, DC.  We intend to give you the tools to move into your light body right on time. I believe it is this very thing,  Passion, in all it's forms  that will give us the energy to get this planet in the right configuration again.
     We will focus on improvisation for voice classses this month on Tuesday evenings, and we invite you to join us for our Thursday evening Sound Circle..every Thursday at 7-9pm. Jan and Claire End Duality with this 

                    Simple Exercise:        
  The tension in our body is often caused by mixed feelings and beliefs. We attempt to lay positive thoughts and feelings over negative beliefs. I did this exercise for about 20 minutes and became so Light I almost floated off the bed.

             - "feel" something that bothers you, hold it in your right hand
             - "feel" it's perfect solution in your left hand
             - slowly bring your hands together and see what happens
 Let me know if it works for you!! The Village Healer Nancy Malloy taught me this.
  
also: I am happy to email a guided visualization that balances the masculine and feminine energies, if you just email me with a request, it's an MP3.  You might notice the logo for our center has this image of the balancing of the energies, which then re-birth the new world. Julia Stege did a great job with this.
