How Sound wakes up the Body Energy Systems
There are many ways to get this energy going in your system like meditation, tantric practices which stimulate the kundalini, and listening to illuminating music. But, no method is more powerful than applied intentional sound.

You will know your field is shifting towards more light because you FEEL lighter, with moments of bliss. These increase, well during the times you are not peeling and releaing the old problems that all the new light is illuminating!!! But hang in there, the bliss grows.
Now the big question is HOW it all awakens. That is our creators question, but it obviously has to do with the Electromagnetic circuitry within the cells, and then the chakras. And it is all vibratory regulated and delineated. Which is sound. And music, which is organized sound. Like vitamins in the right doses, sound can ignite just the right connections. Your crystalline bodily matrix is then manifested.
How we can support this basic foundation for the vibratory field is also important and brings up the issues of diet, emotions, air quality and EMF and other envirnomental insults. We can enhance the ability for our body to shift into more light by cleaning up these area to the best of our ability.
Who you hang out with, and their emotional field is also quite important as you wil entrain with their vibrations. The voice bio shows this natural tendancy to empathically shift around weak people. If you need to be around people at your job that are a bit testy, go outside to reground and re-set your energy field often.
We are entering a new possiblity here on earth of each of us holding great amounts of light and healing energies. The possibilities are limitless when we take on this natural progression as a priority. All else in your life flows well when your energy field is cohesive. It is your gift and responsibility as a body owner!!! Take exceedingly good care of yourself. Live well and shine radiantly to create just what you want from this sourced base. Sounds good to me.

A Year of Sound healing workshops
YOU might be a musician or singer who wants to expand into more of a healing realm, or maybe you just want to use sound to heal yourself or others. You asked for it...We have set aside the following weekends to help you discover sound healing and how you can use these new modalities ...here are the dates to set aside:

Light language and transmissions
After a concert or session people frequently ask me if I have recordings of the unusual vocalizations that feel so healing, ones I call light language. The combinations of vowels and syllables just flow out when I trust the process and seem to have communications and transmissions, like I am reminding them of something, a home or place in time. People feel familiar with the language. Some say it is the Divine mother working through us. I made this cd for two reasons: 1. To encourage all women to sound freely, to hear the many varieties of how to sound. On this Cd I do some pretty wild stuff, it surprises me what comes out. 2. I believe these transmissions have a role to play in brining heaven to earth through the voice that sounds through the heart.
Many women I work with can do this easily and quickly when we have created the calm and intuitive space. It unlocks something deeply and connects us in a way that overrides our left brain mind consciousness. I believe these languages hold remembrances for where we want to go as a collective, for our new paradigm and we can ignite each others activations by allowing these languages to come out and be shared. And its fun, very childlike.
I am thinking of creating a special class for women singers who want to sing more creatively, call me if you are interested.
