Summer days my thoughts are filled with.... magical visits to Mt. Shasta, dancing on the top of my hill in the moonlight, and spending lots of time commuting to my new ventures:

   The events and activities are swirling across many counties...

 

              Our New Center  Song and Spirit is up and running for private clients, groups and workshops. Located in Novato, we are nestled in a commercial business park upstairs, in a loft like setting.

Sound Healing groups begin on Thursday from 7-9. Schedule below.

              In Fairfax at the Circle Center, drop in for our free Toning Sessions at the Circle Center 8 Bolinas Rd. on Monday at 6-7pm, then stay for a Sound/Visioning group.

 

                                                   

  Last weekend I launched a new type of workshop for women, and was blessed with the presence of Barbara Getrost of Pregnant Earth, as co-facilitator.  We sang, released and healed the sacred parts of ourselves that are hidden. The processes are diffilcult to describe as they are alchemical and spiritually directed. The healings are only made real by the new behaviors, attitudes and feelings we experience afterwards.      

     Women have been shut down. Their voices and their sexuality are subdued in my generation and our workshop was like a jumpstart to re-ignite the passion and vitality forces for a more colorful life. I am trying to think up  a perfect name for this work....but many are too racy or they do not convey the transformation. For now, I will call it the "Light the fire and fill the well" workshop.   I'm inviting all women, no timid souls, to join this movement for reclamation of their zest and juiciness.  The more we fill ourselves, the more we have for our families, work and inspirations.
