The field of Sound Healing is creeping into mainstream venues. Spas, Churches, yoga sessions and hospitals are being enhanced by the addition of chimes, toning and thoughtful Sound. It deepens the experience emotionally and creates a healing "shift" for the participants. Is it simply lifting the frequency field of each participant? Which has an overall relaxing and healing effect? Or does it re-construct the body's electromagnetic field into a more coherant balalnced profile?  I believe we will see in the near future:

 

     -Intentional Sound will be the preferred "medicine" for illness

     -Sound experiences will be an integral part of our  media, 

        and entertainment world with interactive scenarios

                               -Sound will accelerate us into our spiritual, divine light link-up

 

     When our body vibrates in balance, our health systems have vitality like sweet music on the piano. Unnaturally amped up or low vibrations, or notes, causes dissonance or "dis-ease." In the near future, pyramidal chambers will not only diagnose but treat imbalances by flooding our systems with sound, light and color. Simple and ingenious! And it will be fun. Computerized systems will offer programs that playfully create vibrational interactive scenarios for balancing. David Gibson has already designed such programs.

      The ancients used baths, oils, sounds as they applied the healing frequencies. While you are reading this, due to newsletter delivery options, I am toning in an Egyptian pyramid. Healing the world through music, and JOY!  Just beam some energy over to me and  say hello!      But how does sound relate to our spirituality? Humans vibrate at a certain frequency range while ascended beings, such as Christ, had a radiant or more highly vibrating field.  It caused anyone near him to have a shift of consciousness. As divine beings in human bodies, we too, have the capability to move into these higher realms. At this time in our evolution it is easier than ever to attain these exhalted states of "light" through inspirational readings, voicing gratitude, intense meditational prayer and use of pure tone with visualization. With a  100% seamless program that includes every aspect of your energy input: diet, exercise, pure thinking and living, you can reach the zone yourself. This zone vibrates at a minumum of 734-1,000 hz zone where your spirit guides are accessible and you have a constant feeling of well-being.  I call this the Queen zone. You have a buffer to stress,don't get rattled easily and others see your personal empowerment and give you your space. It all adds up to quality of life and it begins with attention to your "frequency field." Care for it as you would a precious baby.

    

Exciting News!! 

I will begin working with the Fairfax Circle Center Community in May leading Sound Circles and seeing clients.....Circle Center...AND I am taking a huge leap.... Russ Lee and I open our dream clinic in Novato soon to work with individuals and groups. It is a huge loft space so we can have singing groups, healing circles, workshops with Guests. Tuning forks with Randy, groups with Journey, Kathleen Casey's gong!!

        Russ and I will do energy healing work with private clients in beautiful spaces. A dream come true. A creation of aspiration. If we build it, will they come!!  It will be called Song and Spirit. I will be hosting the Grandmother Whale painting courtesy of Kathy Englemen and artist James Jereb,  a true honor.
