 Hello Friends and Colleagues........................notes from Jan
2008 is here and we know things are not quite the same, and never will be. We are being asked to shed things that are not us, and passionately discover and pursue that which is us.
With an eye for creating a Sound Center, I have decided to consider moving. This is big. We are being asked to un-attach and be ready to serve.......and to be very flexible. Ok..........
This month we will start out with envisioning at the Sacred Well gathering on Jan 5 to fill ourselves with hope and sound,
then we'll see you in LA Jan 26-28 at the Globe Sound Healing Conference. I will have a manuscript prepared to share and my talk will focus on the Voice as Healer, singing as therapy for self. With all we have on our plate, making self care a priority is very appropriate. I also invite you make your lists. Write down everything you NEED to receive on one side of the paper and on the other side write down the things you NEED to give. Your life and work should reflect this list, you will be like a walking tuning fork magnetizing all the right resonating things unto yourself. Be deliberate and Joyful above all in 2008. It is a contagious vibration we need.
Be big this year, this is the year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Self Care for Soundhealers

 Yes, this is a picture of an orb at this woman's third eye. She must be having joyful, grateful throughts. That is your best bet for maintining a vital, energized coherant energy field. Here are some ideas for getting re-balanced when you are temporarily out of sorts:
- allow dissonant people to exit your life
- bring scents, colors into your home
that nourish you
- choose listening music as carefully as
you choose your food
- rotate your crystal bowls, over-using
one can make you sick
- get a voice bio reading, and sing
- take lots of baths, they discharge
energy and re-balance
- drink lots of water, natural salts
- laugh, dance, during internet breaks
-cranio-sacral adjustments are great

Sound Circles
more and more people are gathering with Sound as their focus...

Why is sound becoming so popular? not just as a Focal Point for gatherings, but it's being integrated into group and personal modalities as well?
maybe because....
It breaks up blockages to communication, lifts the spirit, makes the flow of sharing go smoothly, connects people, moves our thinking forward, builds immunity.
