People are waking up...deeply. To their own empowering energy, to each other. It is all related to frequencies, and as we adjust to higher frequencies physically, emotionally and spiritually the transition zone can be challenging and feel like the "unknown." Your life is changing and you might be wondering what is next? So here is what I have gathered from the experts about the Ascension Process, 101.
The Path of Initiation for this time might feel like;
A sense or glint of something bigger, important, a soul calling begins to be speak to you
Your life, activities, and relationships might feel increasingly routine and purposeless, yet you are always busy and exhausted....until you choose which ones to release.
Defining Moments present themselves.. you can no longer tolerate a marriage, place, or job one second longer. The feeling of suffocation is so overwhelming you must stop, against logic.
A direct experience of spirit comes - signs, a vision, visitation of a light being, a knowing, a waking up within your body. An ah-ha moment you won't miss.
The passion, life forces living within your central energy channel are energized and you have this intense need to develop it, move it, while having feelings of confusion. Mid-life kundalini?
A feeling of being lost, all anchors of your previous life are floating away.
Slowly, regularly as you are open to spirit, messages begin. You are asked to remove your old habits one by one by tests. You can resist, or learn and grow.
Your nervous system is taxed as you bring in more light. You must sleep long hours, have head pressures. It is a new body you haven't experienced before.
People notice you are different, look younger, their comments are vague.
This process will continue by your direction and invitation, a fine-tuning, and as your frequencies become finer you feel lighter, happier and hopeful. You are light! You are in the flow of life, you feel connected. It's easier.
Sound, especially singing is quite helpful for these magical transitions. It is the very core of these changes, as you ARE sound, light and music...electromagnetic impulses which can be arranged to your most perfect blueprint. It's time. | Our Emotions
the Human Gift and Hindrance The Hathors fill us in
If we are a compilation of intricate vibratrional patterns, where do the emotions come in? As vibrations! Each one has a unique pattern, and we can label them. Hesitation cycles at 1614.34 hz,* then each time you hesitate, you shift your matrix of frequencies around that energy.
Throughout the day we ignite many states within our body driven by these frequencies. Negative emotions can compile and override our bodies natural desire to re-balance itself and the reciprocal organs and systems are drained. The Voice Bio shows this clearly, as I see financial or relationship worries clearly plotted on the graph. Amazingly, we simply tone the opposite notes and we can shift these holding patterns. The Hathors recommend sound for releasing and healing these emotional densitities within our body. In Tom Kenyon's book, The Hathor Material, many processes for working through our emotions are given that are safe, simple and sound. They tell us that the emotions are the "weak" link for humans, as we can de-rail our entire system by prolonged worry or negative thoughts. The idea is to embrace your emotions, learn from them, feel them and then let them pass through us. Question: How can I incorporate Tuning Forks into my daily personal healing, sound practices?
Answer: Unweighted tuning forks in the octaves from about 200hz higher work extremely well AROUND the body, sounding with a bell like body moving in and around the aura and chakras. Middle C octave goes from C=256 up to 512hz. Tuning forks below 256 down to 64 hz, two octaves lower, are usually made with weights and they work best to physically touch the body with them. The weighted forks help move and clear up the grosser physical energy blockages. The unweighted are not usually felt as strongly and work exceptionally well when you are ringing and moving them around the body, off the body but close to the body. Move this fork in any manner around the body, the long sides along the body, or point the fork tynes at the body without touching, to help clear energies. On a standard designed tuning fork the part you hold with your hand is called the stem. When placing the weighted ringing fork on the body, it is the end of the stem that is placed on the body. The tyne side of a weighted fork can also be pointed at the body and also be effective. Moving a tuning fork in a counter clockwise spiral motion from the point of view of the observer helps remove blockages from energy vortexes in the aura and chakras. A pair of tuning forks, one in each hand can be placed on two different points on the body or be held just off the body surface over two different locations in order to get the systems to better communicate. An individual can tune themselves by applying the forks to their back and spine, but obviously this is more difficult! However, you can tune all of the major organs by working on your foot acupressure points. The study of exactly which fork, or Hz to use is a very complex subject, but in the meantime you can explore which forks give you the best results.
The use of specific frequency forks for specific goals generally requires specialized training. A simple chakra tune up set would include: (light converted to sound, not pigment) F#, G, and G# on the root chakra, for red; the note A for orange, the second chakra: Bflat or yellow and B notes for lemon yellow for the solar plexus: for the heart chakra typically the color green and the note C up to C#, C#s also generate the color turquoise and are excellent for the thymus; the throat chakra are notes D and Eflat, for blue, the note E for the color indigo for the third eye; and the notes F, F# for violet for the crown chakra. Any given chakra might need and absorb any of the notes, while your body is enhanced by the use of all the notes. I look forward to our future collaborations!
