Greetings!

This was one of the shortest and longest summers I've ever experienced. Filled with vacation, visitors, and exciting developments with my book - it was nothing but go, go, go. Yet on some level it was like moving in slow motion as the anticipated universal and global change continues to fall into place.

Fall symbolizes change and because we trust nature's cycle we welcome the process. However in these times of eminent change and uncertainty, it's only natural for fear and hesitancy to arise leaving you overflowing with ideas but not knowing where to begin or working harder than ever without knowing if it's making a difference.

It's time to step out of the chaotic storm and into the eye of the hurricane. Wisely manage your energy by going with what's flowing in your life and letting go of what's not. Reconnect with your intuition, purpose and what's most important; then redirect your energy accordingly. Stop and breathe more deeply than usual, increase the frequency of your yoga or meditation practice or take time away to rejuvenate. Stay in action while you review what's working, strategize, and put processes in place gaining the readiness to receive the benefits that will flow more freely this fall.

Your guide to thrive,

Fear is the Pathway to Your True Power.

He who has courage and faith will never perish in misery." ~Anne Frank~

In our culture we've been conditioned to resist fear by being told "don't be afraid" when in reality fear is one of the most natural and useful instincts we have until it becomes dysfunctional.

Embracing your fear will cultivate courage and power and resisting fear will create pain and misery. There's very few things more painful than being paralyzed by fear. Fear is a paradox as there is nothing more terrifying than fearing fear itself. You can go to great measures to avoid the somewhat gut wrenching emotions that come with feeling fear yet those gut wrenching emotions are a pathway to your true power.

In eastern culture the greatest source of power is in your solar plexus or abdominal area. In our culture we're taught to follow the guidance from our "gut" feeling. My recent epiphany is that fear shares the same physical home as your power and with close observation I believe that fear is the pathway to your true power. Rather than resisting fear and allowing your thoughts to run wild and create drama in your life, you can make great strides by saying yes to fear and in turn yes to your true power.

Life may never be absent of fear because it's instinctively human. However fear can begin to seamlessly and peacefully flow in and out as you courageously embrace fear and all that life has to offer.

thriveicon A Valuable Insight from the Get Rid of Your "But" Tele-seminar.

""We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned, to receive the life that is waiting for us." ~Joseph Campbell~

I want to acknowledge the women that participated in the "Get Rid of Your But and Transform Your Life" tele-seminar in August. Each person openly received guidance and actively shifted themselves from fear, perfectionism, doubt, and negative thoughts to creative thought and action toward achieving their goals. I was surprised to hear that a few participants were held back by self confidence and thought that everyone could benefit from some insight.

Lack of self confidence or low self esteem is a label we've given to what is really a lack of self expression. The more we know ourselves, our uniqueness and our value the more willing we are to share ourselves with others. If you're not clear on who you are (or what your business is) and what value you have to offer, you won't know how to express yourself resulting in a lack of confidence or willingness to put yourself out there.

Trying to become more self confident or build self esteem will only feed that negative belief cycle. By discovering your unique qualities or value in the marketplace you'll create energy and excitement naturally attracting people and opportunities.

chbudrbookcover Chameleon Butterfly Dragonfly Update

As time goes on this book continues to take on a life of its own and it's clear I'm here as it's guide. The evolution of the book continues to be as intriguing as my experience writing it warranting its own blog at www.ChameleonButterflyDragonfly.com (coming soon!)

I've been interviewed by two Internet Radio Show hosts and am scheduled for one of the most popular shows in February. Here's a link to one interview Finding Your Diamond.

This month I'm creating a workshop based on the book that will be held by local partners. I'll eventually make the workshop available online or by phone. Thank you all for your ongoing support.
